During my family’s trip to Disney last December, we headed over to Hollywood and Vine for Minnie’s Holiday Dine. This event was added in 2015 for what was just the holiday season but rapidly expanded to a year-round event and made a return for the 2016 holiday season. This made it an easy addition to our dining lineup for this trip.

A Side Trip to Universal
Last month when my family was in Orlando, we decided to make a side trip to have a breakfast with some Minions and other characters at Universal’s Royal Pacific Resort. My daughter and I are both huge fans of the Minions. We wanted to find a way to meet them without spending the money on a one-day ticket to Universal.

I returned from Walt Disney World on Sunday and one of the highlights of the trip was my evening at Hollywood Studios. Hollywood Studios is undergoing a massive transformation with addition of Star Wars Land and the expansion Pixar Place. Even with this transformation, there are still enough attractions and events to keep people in the parks all day.
