We are just one week away from the 1st anniversary of the Dad For Disney blog. While there will be no special celebration (sorry, no cake and ice cream for our followers). There will be a round-up of the articles from week and the most popular articles of the year. Here, though, is this week’s round-up:
It was a light week on the Dad For Disney blog. This coming week, I should be back to a full slate of blog articles. Also, starting on Monday, the first Dad For Disney Facebook Group giveaway will be taking place. More details to come.
Another busy week for the Dad For Disney blog. I’m going to close the week with a couple of news bites and some goings on at the blog for the next 10 days.

First, the news bites:
The Frozen Sing Along at Hollywood Studios is now a Fastpass+ attraction for the rest of its run. The attraction is scheduled to end on September 28.
The closure date of the American Idol Experience has been moved up from January 2015. The attraction’s last day is now scheduled for August 30, 2014.
The next 10 days are going to be travel filled days for me. I’ll be going to Hershey and Philadelphia for my annual dad-daughter road trip. After we return from Philadelphia, my wife and I will be traveling to Walt Disney World for the Villains Unleashed party. As a result, I will be blogging less (this is a one man show) but tweeting more. So, the best way to stay up to date, especially during the Villains Unleashed party, is to follow me on twitter: @DadForDisney.
It was a busy week for the Dad For Disney blog with two articles released each day Monday through Friday. As with past weeks, we have new followers join us either through the Facebook group, Twitter, or following the blog directly. I thank you for this continued support of this growth community. Now, on to the update:
Welcome to today’s weekly recap of the Dad For Disney blog. It has already been a record-setting for the blog with viewing records set on Thursday and then again on Friday. I want to thank you for this without you it would not be possible. And with that onto the update.
The Dad For Disney Facebook group continues grow larger and larger everyday. I thank you again for the growth of this group. Please continue to tell your fans about this group and the articles contained in it.
