During my family’s trip to Disney last December, we headed over to Hollywood and Vine for Minnie’s Holiday Dine. This event was added in 2015 for what was just the holiday season but rapidly expanded to a year-round event and made a return for the 2016 holiday season. This made it an easy addition to our dining lineup for this trip.
This is my first attempt at a video post. I tried to keep it simple and went with a top five list of Boat Ride Attractions at Walt Disney World. I hope to release more of these videos going forward enhancing the content on the blog.
Walt Disney World is open every day of the year (barring weather emergencies). School is open, in the US, for most of the year. Odds are, if you plan a Walt Disney World vacation, there is a good chance that you need to pull your children out of school to attend. Disney kind of ensures this by making major vacation times (summer, Christmas, Spring Break, President’s Day Weekend) more expensive than other times of the year. Airlines are to blame as well by charging higher fares around these breaks. Just from an affordability standpoint, it is easier to pull your children out of school and take them to Disney while school is in session. Some schools and administrations take a dim view to this. So here are some strategies to “help your case” if confronted.
I’m about to go on my first Disney Cruise EVER. I’m going on the Disney Dream Cruise Ship. We are headed to the airport to fly all the way to Florida. The ship docks at Port Canaveral in Florida. I’m super excited to go on the Cruise. My family and I just made it to the airport to fly to Florida. My family and I are flying through JetBlue Airlines.
