The Dad For Disney blog officially turned one year old over the weekend.  Instead of celebrating over the weekend, I decided to hold this celebration today.  It gives people a change from all the May the Fourth be with you posts.  🙂

Like all blogs, it started out with an idea and then started out very small with only a few followers.  Over the summer, word get out about the blog and it grew rapidly.  During the fall and winter as more life activities got in the away, posts became a bit more infrequent and the growth slowed.  Now, I am back to posting everyday and the growth has been reborn.  I am proud to that, as of publication, the Dad For Disney Facebook group has 813 members with almost as many followers on Twitter.
